Faster – Higher – Further… really???
NEW YEAR, NEW GAME, NEW LUCK!
We plan, reflect, and set new goals. All important. A new year. New ideas. New steps.
And sometimes, alongside all that motivation, there’s also this quiet thought:
“Now I really have to…”
do more.
deliver more.
be more visible.
be even more…
Maybe you know that too:

Trust doesn’t come from speed – it comes from integrity.
Three ways self-integrity becomes visible in business:
1) Role integrity
Am I truly in my role – or am I slipping into rescuer mode?
2) Value integrity
Am I making this decision from insecurity – or from clarity?
3) Boundary integrity
Is this fair and aligned – for both sides?
Small sentences. Big impact.
✅ “I understand your request – and I’m staying within our agreed framework.”
✅ “I can deliver this by this Date – that way the quality stays high.”
✅ “This is an additional service. I’m happy to offer it – and we’ll clarify scope and fee.”
You don’t need to justify yourself.
You simply need to be clear and reliable.
A mini exercise for the beginning of the year:
✨ What do I want to stand for this year? (3 values)
✨ When and where was I recently not fully aligned with myself?
✨ What is my next small step toward more clarity?
Because this year doesn’t have to be faster, higher, further.
It can become more aligned, lighter, and more effective.
When you hold yourself, many things outside become clearer automatically.
And you don’t have to hold “everything” anymore – only what truly matters.
