We explore what is currently occupying us the most and identify our biggest challenges. We get creative ourselves! Using “Action Learning,” we collaboratively develop initial steps to address current challenges.

Day 2: Building on the insights from the previous day

Continuation of Action Learning and system constellations: visualizing clarity and solution approaches. Closing circle with a Letter of Encouragement to empower your return to everyday life.

If you have a specific concern, are seeking answers, or wish for greater clarity, then this is the right format for you. Discover “System Constellations for Families and Organizations,” a therapeutic approach to explore complex issues or questions. This is done through the visualization and representation of the dynamics within a system.

You can simply attend as an observer or participate as a representative. Even in the experience of being a representative, we often work on our own issues and continue to grow personally.

If you have a specific concern, seek greater clarity, and prefer personal, one-on-one work, we use the system board and floor anchors in a trusted individual setting.

What drives us? What are our core beliefs, convictions, and survival strategies? What makes us happy, what drives us up the wall, and where do these reactions come from? Even more importantly: How can we grow and develop from here? We look back to recognize what has been. Here, we offer you the opportunity to examine established behavioral patterns from the past in the here and now. With this newly gained understanding, we work on evolving these patterns—for better self-leadership and leadership of others.

Leadership Insight describes the interplay between our emotional reactions, the subsequent actions we take, and the reactions we provoke in others. It provides powerful, personalized analysis of your life and work priorities; Opportunities to examine your actions and impact in both a professional and private context.
